Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies Inc. announces Frank Salvati, C. DIR., as Chief Strategy Officer

 

Niagara, Ontario, September 24, 2008 – Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies Inc. has named Frank Salvati as its Chief Strategy Officer. Frank, an accomplished multi-designated professional with international credentials, brings a wealth of operations management experience and strategic vision to the Tri-Media team. Through his leadership and commitment to running organizations spanning the technology, gaming, entertainment and real estate industries, in private and public domains, Frank has over 25 years of experience in providing strategic direction to new and existing corporate ventures.

In his most recent roles, Frank acted as CFO for Silver Eagle Mines Inc. (TSX:SEG), a Canadian-owned Mexican-based mining operations company; TVN Niagara Inc., a venture vying to become the Niagara Peninsula's first over-the-air television broadcaster; AGS Inc., an “epos” – electronic point of sale – solutions venture acquired by ACCPAC Inc.; and Synergy Business Enterprises Inc., a hydro “de-regulation” venture in partnership with a major hydro energy utility and several telecommunications stalwarts.

As Tri-Media focuses on globalizing its operations, Frank’s international business and academic experience will buttress senior management to keep Tri-Media moving in the right direction.

Frank holds a C. DIR. – Chartered Directors Degree, specializing in corporate governance, an MBA – International Business, is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Public Accountant, and a Chartered Accountant.
