August 6, 2002 Andromeda Media Capital Corporation – In order to complete all requirements of the recent acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares and warrants of e-commatrix.com® inc. – a federally-incorporated private corporation – Andromeda is pleased to announce the appointment of three new directors to its board and its officers.
The Board includes Albert Iannantuono, Founder & Majority Shareholder; Bill Cram,Director; and Brent Buma, Director. In addition, the Directors are supported by a working Advisory Board with international exposure and solid experience in the fields of software development, agency development, marketing and international business. The Officers include Albert Innantuono as President and Mario Bevacqua as Secretary.
Albert Iannantuono founded e-commatrix.com® inc. in 1999 and is a nationally recognized and award-winning entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in the marketing, eCommerce and eBusiness sectors. Mr. Iannantuono is the Founder,
President, and CEO of Tri-Media Marketing & Publicity Inc. which has been delivering award-winning Integrated Marketing Communications services to over 500 national and international companies since 1986.
Bill Cram has over 40 years of dedicated expertise as a software developer and design consultant, working with every level of the private and public sector. He is the Founder, President and CEO of PRISM Data Services Limited. Formed in 1970, PRISM is the first Canadian company to specialize in MVS address management software development, and offers programming, consultant services and MVS solutions to the largest and most prominent industries and publications across the
U.S. and Canada. Mr. Cram is also the designer of several cutting edge applications including Dr. Q - a certified address management system that provides the highest level of address management capabilities.
Brent Buma has over 30 years of management and operations experience in the airline, advertising and casino industries, having held key positions with a number of international firms including Western Airlines and the Summa Corporation. He brings considerable expertise in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting, research and public relations to the Board of Directors. Mr. Buma was a partner in the firm of Shonkwiler Marcoux Advertising - a Nevada corporation specializing in integrated marketing solutions and creative development.
Mario Bevacqua, currently Vice-President of Finance and Administration of ecommatrix.com inc., brings almost 30 years of experience with large and medium-sized companies to the position of Secretary.
Messrs. Taylor, Boyden and Kloepper have resigned from the board in favour of the new Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Raymond Boyden has resigned as President and R. Bruce Boyden has resigned as Secretary.
