Andromeda Announces Change to Board of Directors Bill Cram Submits Resignation

 

July 10, 2003 - Andromeda Media Capital Corporation announces the resignation of Board Director, Bill Cram, effective immediately. Cram had served on the Board of Directors since September 2002 and had shared his software and design expertise with Andromeda prior to his resignation.

“While Mr. Cram will be leaving us in an official capacity, we will be able to retain his professional advice on matters going forward,” said Albert Iannantuono, President, Andromeda Media Capital Corporation. “We wish him the best in his future endeavours.”

“Business pressures and lack of appropriate time brings me to this conclusion,” said Cram. “As always, I am available to Andromeda for discussions and advice. I believe the group will persevere and achieve ultimate success.”

Current Andromeda Board members include: Albert Iannantuono, founder and majority shareholder, and Brent Buma, Director. The Directors are supported by a working Advisory Board with international exposure and solid experience in the fields of software development, agency development, marketing and international business.
