Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies Acquires U.S.-based Marketing Firm

Niagara, Ontario… January 2, 2009 – Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies, Inc. announced today it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Azzam Jordan, Inc.—an established marketing firm and advertising agency with full-service, advertising and multi-media buying capabilities headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland with service offices in Tampa, Florida—effective January 1, 2009. Further details will be disclosed upon conclusion of the definitive agreement.

Azzam Jordan, Inc. (www.azzamjordan.com) has operated since 1991, earning a reputation for strong strategic direction and original, award-winning creative work for national brands. Azzam Jordan also creates and markets web site portals associated with its advertising operation.
