The shareholders approved the change of the Company’s name to Andromeda Media Capital Corporation Limited, and approved a consolidation of the company’s shares on a nine (9) for one (1) basis at the meeting on February 17, 2004. Formerly the corporation traded under the symbol ADACF.PK.
