Andromeda Announces New Advisory Board Members

 

Welland, ON., September 28, 2004 – Andromeda Media Capital Corporation announced today that it has appointed four new members to its advisory board. Hunter Reid will advise on financial/investment issues, Alf Stutzmann will serve as technology advisor, Steve Eaton will advise on strategic planning and Dave Wilson will advise on licensee acquisition and channel partner development. These advisors join Andromeda’s existing advisory board of industry leaders: Peter Tuovi (legal advisor), Rafe Engle, (legal advisor), George Barkwell (financial advisor), Lowell Wintrup (business development advisor), Terry O'Malley (licensee development advisor), and Bert Hansen (licensee development advisor).

Hunter Reid – has spent several years in asset management and underwriting roles building organizational infrastructure and sales and marketing teams in an executive capacity. Hunter is the Executive Director of ComFact and is responsible for leading marketing strategy and development while supporting ComFact Chairman, Robert McAllister in all day-to-day operations of the business. Hunter is also active within Capmor Financial Services Corporation, and several other private and public companies.

Alf Stutzmann – has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry including worldwide posts held with Cisco Systems Canada, which he joined in 1994 as a systems engineer. Alf recently retired as Vice President of Systems Engineering where he was responsible for the Canadian pre-sales systems engineers that support customers in the enterprise, service provider and channel sectors. Alf is currently the Vice President of Meritage - AD Ventures Limited located in Fonthill, Ontario.

Steve Eaton – started his advertising career more than twenty years ago and, since that time, has worked tirelessly on the care and growth of some of the world's great brands, including Volvo, Intel, Labatt's, Rogers Wireless, Bombardier and MCI. Working with advertising agencies in Toronto and New York, Steve has helped launch initiatives in the areas of new product introductions, international expansion, dealer development and co-op advertising. A clear focus on consumer behaviour, combined with strong working knowledge of distribution and dealer networks ensures his clients bottom line results. With extensive experience in creative development, research and media, Steve works with clients throughout the communication planning and execution phases.

Dave Wilson - Dave is one of the founding partners of Wilson Chapman Ré, a full-service integrated marketing communications firm located in Kansas City founded in 1986, and an e-commatrix.com licensee. In 2001, Dave and partner Brian Olson established InQuest Analytics Group, an organization focused on deploying Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) strategies and database technology, which helps companies develop a more targeted, efficient and measurable approach to their marketing investments.
