Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies Inc. Plans Market Expansion

 

Albert Iannantuono, President and CEO of Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies Inc. announced today that Hunter Reid has recently joined the firm as Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations. His primary role at Tri-Media will be to head up the corporate finance team and spearhead investor relations, as well as identify capital markets and possible acquisition opportunities.

Reid was formerly the Executive Vice President and Executive Director of Romco Corporation, a holdings company with whole or majority stakes in several private North American companies operating in Houston, Philadelphia, Toronto and Oakville. Among his many accomplishments at Romco, Reid developed a new vision and strategic plan for Capmor Financial Services, a privately funded equipment leasing company, helping it grow into one of the most diversely funded and fastest growing companies of its kind in Canada. He also developed Private Placement Income Trusts, built a national network of investment brokers and created a Credit Union Leasing Program.

Reid rounds out Tri-Media’s Corporate Relations team of Frank Burdzy, The Burdzy Group, and Rick Dillon, Dillon Ltd.. Burdzy and Dillon bring specialized knowledge in the areas of financing, market growth and mergers and acquisitions. Together, Reid, Burdzy and Dillon will institute the growth of Tri-Media as the company continues to expand its record of success and profitable growth. In addition to his role as Executive Vice President of Corporate Relations, Reid will continue to sit as a member of Tri-Media’s executive advisory board, a position he has held for over a year.

About Hunter Reid
Hunter Reid is a financial services expert with broad finance experience, including underwriting, sales and marketing, strategic planning and executive management. His current focus is on identifying and developing capital and other growth opportunities for businesses and refining internal processes to ensure long-term financial sustainability.

Hunter has owned and managed companies for 16 years. In 1997, his focus moved to finance when he joined AGF International as an underwriter where he personally managed a 22.5% compounded rate of growth (compared to the company average of 5%). From there, his business acumen landed him in a Sales and Marketing role at PRISM Data Services in 1999 where, just two years later, he became Vice President, Marketing and Sales. At PRISM he managed the Sales, Service, Data and Lettershop divisions, in addition to leading product development and managing multi-segment marketing campaigns.

From 2002 until 2005, Hunter acted as the Executive Vice President and Executive Director of Romco Corporation, a holding company with operations in Houston, Philadelphia, Toronto and Oakville.

About Frank Burdzy
Frank Burdzy is an accomplished business leader with a wealth of experience in highly complex and competitive business environments. Frank’s skills include strategic planning and implementation, negotiations, bank and equity financing and change management.

Frank has spent the majority of his career in the agri-food sector. In his 9 years with Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, Frank held several senior management positions that helped make Saskatchewan Wheat Pool the country’s leading agri-business, with over $4 billion in annual revenues and operations in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Europe. Frank then went on to serve as CEO of Lilydale Foods Ltd., Canada’s largest poultry processor. He was responsible for all aspects of the business and was a major force in refocusing and streamlining operations.

Since 2003, Frank has served as a consultant to several multinational companies in the area of business strategy, marketing, financing and growth.

Rick Dillon has over 30 years of entrepreneurial experience crossing more than 15 industries. Starting in a family-owned manufacturing business, Rick went on to own and operate companies in fields ranging from construction and fabrication to equipment leasing. He has handled numerous acquisitions as well as start-ups.

Since 1985, Rick has been using his extensive knowledge to help other businesses manage their development and growth. Rick is a cofounder and the Principal of Dillon Ltd., an international mergers and acquisitions group with offices across the U.S. and Europe.
