Tri-Media Announces New Board of Directors

 
Niagara, ON, July 28, 2008 – Albert Iannantuono, President and CEO of Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies, Inc. (Tri-Media) announced recently, expansion of its board to seven (7) members and appointed four (4) board members at the recent Annual Shareholder Meeting held June 24, 2008. Returning board members are Alf Stutzmann, Rick Dillon and Albert Iannantuono, the newly elected are Dennis Sherbakov, Keith Cumming, Wilmer Otto, and Gary Jordan.

Albert Iannantuono is currently the President and CEO of Tri-Media Integrated Marketing Technologies (Tri-Media IMT). Albert provides the team with extensive digital expertise, considerable marketing savvy and forward-looking leadership at every level of the operation.

Albert Iannantuono established Tri-Media Marketing & Publicity Inc., an integrated marketing communications agency, in 1986. In 1995, as the internet was just starting to become part of the marketing mix, Albert took the opportunity to expand the breadth of his marketing enterprise. As more and more of Tri-Media’s clients began inquiring about the eCommerce side of the marketing mix, Albert established a sister company, e-commatrix.com® inc. In 2005 he lead the team into merging all three sister companies together, to create a more focused solution to the market. His understanding of the advertising and marketing agency world gives him an understanding of the “channel” and allows him to communicate the Tri-Media Channel model well. He also leads the team in “new” product development – developing new applications that can be easily resold through the channel or direct.

Alf Stutzmann has more than 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry including worldwide posts held with Cisco Systems Canada, which he joined in 1994 as a systems engineer. Alf recently retired as Vice President of Systems Engineering where he was responsible for the Canadian pre-sales systems engineers that support customers in the enterprise, service provider and channel sectors. Alf is currently the Vice President of Meritage - AD Ventures Limited located in Fonthill, Ontario.

Rick Dillon’s career began in the family’s manufacturing business at the age of 15. Since then, he has owned and operated businesses in over fifteen industries (3 acquisitions, 12+ start-ups) including capital equipment leasing, metal fabrication, ventilation design & manufacturing, electronic contract manufacturing, building construction, overhead doors, swimming pool construction, forced air industrial cleaning and manufactured housing. Rick’s thirty-year entrepreneurial tenure brings a unique perspective to business start-up, development, and acquisition or sale. Since 1985 he has been dedicated to using his knowledge and experience to help business owners achieve their goals; first through their business operations, then through merger, acquisition, or divestiture of their privately held businesses. Rick is co-founder and principal of Dillon Ltd., an international mergers and acquisitions group with offices across the US and Europe. Rick is co-author of The Business Sale… An Owner’s Most Perilous Expedition.

Dennis Sherbakov has more than ten years of experience in the field of Information Technology (design, programming, testing, implementation and support such as financial, logistical and manufacturing automation) as well as extensive project management experience. Born and raised in Minsk, Belarus, Dennis holds a Masters degree in Science, Robotics and Microelectronic Engineering from the Polytechnic University in Minsk, Belarus.

Keith Cumming, President of Prime Way Companies, has extensive experience in developing and marketing consumer products and has won numerous business awards including Entrepreneur of the Year for both 1997 and 2003. While successfully introducing thousands of new products into the marketplace over the last 20 years, he has developed a unique business model, unduplicated anywhere. The company has not only established a creative, multi-layered distribution network, but also has the capability to develop a product from idea stage through to patenting, manufacturing, and marketing. Keith is also President and Chairman of Niagara Centre Land Developments Ltd. He also presides over Niagara Prime Properties, a real estate investment and management company.

Wilmer Otto is a businessman and investor from Arcola, IL, whose family has been in entrepreneurial enterprises in Arcola since 1865. He pioneered in the early 80's in bringing cable and TV to seven communities around central Illinois, as well as various real estate developments and operating companies. His international experience includes formation of an equipment lease company in the Ukraine, real estate development in Romania and heavy equipment exports to various eastern European countries.

Gary Jordan has been in the advertising agency business since graduating from the University of Georgia in the mid-70’s. He has worked for agencies in Georgia, Tennessee, and Washington DC. and Maryland. Originally a copywriter, he migrated to the account service side of the business after ten years of agency work. Mr. Jordan functions as the Account Planner for all Azzam Jordan clients. In 1991, Mr. Jordan teamed with Eugene Azzam to open an agency in Baltimore. Azzam Jordan is now in its 17th year with Mr. Jordan serving as President/CEO. The company exceeds industry averages in profitability and operates successfully with no debt. Mr. Jordan is well known in the Mid-Atlantic region for his advertising and branding expertise.
