Tri-Media Business Model
Tri-Media is a hybrid company, part marketing services and part technology. We serve 100 plus direct clients in the marketing and advertising industry. We have three profit centers in our business model:
- Partner Power - A network of licensed partners (North American marketing and advertising companies) that use Tri-Media as a marketing technology partner so they can successfully deliver digital advertising initiatives to their clients.
- Direct2Clients - Tri-Media also functions as a digital advertising agency to direct accounts, directing national, regional and local accounts based in selected geographic markets in Canada and the US.
- Web-based Application Development - Tri-Media conceptualizes, creates, designs and programs applications that we then turn into business models that we brand, manage and market. For example, we developed ihiveLIVE.com, a social network for universities, non-profits and associations etc. We will manage the advertising-based business model as a Tri-Media profit center. Other applications include SigmAlert, a crisis management program targeted to airports, and Baltimore Harbor Living, a portal site with an advertising–based model.
